It is recommended that you seek tax advice from your tax advisor to ensure that you select the IRA that best fits your needs. You can choose a maturity term from 6 months to 4 years for a guaranteed interest rate. Early withdrawal penalties may apply.

IRA Plans

We offer many different IRA Plans. The most common used are Traditional and ROTH IRA’s, but we also offer SEP accounts, Beneficiary IRA’s, and Coverdell Education Savings Accounts.

IRA Rollover

If you have received a disbursement from a qualified plan, profit sharing, or have an IRA maturing at another financial institution, you can roll these funds into an IRA and maintain a tax-deferred status on the funds. The funds must be deposited within 60 days of receipt in order to defer taxes until retirement.

IRA Transfer

You can transfer your IRA from another institution directly to The Hardin County Bank. Our staff will be happy to initiate an IRA transfer for you.
