Update 06/15/20:


Effective Monday, June 15th all HCB branch lobbies are open and fully functional. Our hours of operation have returned to normal business hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and on Saturday our two drive-thru locations at 1540 Wayne Road and 780 Pickwick Street are open 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.


We are continuing to take precautions by practicing social distancing in our lobbies and offices. We asked that you pay attention to posted signs in our lobbies and be mindful of your surroundings for your protection as well as others. It is important to us to continue to be cautious for the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and community.


As always, we are available to assist you by phone 925-9001 or at the drive-thru windows. Also, for 24/7 convenience use HCB's Online Banking, Touch Banking mobile app and our ATMs.








Update 04/01/20:



Rest assured that we are working day and night to stay current on all that is happening with the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loans. Many of you have inquired about who will qualify and how to apply for the government stimulus. As of today, SBA has not started taking applications for the loans.



We are providing a link to the US Treasury page where you will find information on PPP as well as information on the direct payments to families. Click the link and scroll down to the "assistance for small business" for PPP information and "assistance for American workers and families" for direct payment information.



If you plan to apply for a PPP loan, Be Proactive by printing the application, gathering all the requested information and being ready when application can be made.

Update 03/21/20:



Effective Monday, March 23rd all HCB branches will be operating drive thru service only. This includes the main office located on Wayne Rd. If you need to see one of our bankers please call 925-9001 to set an appointment. We are here if you need us! Don't forget that beginning Monday our hours will be 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Online banking, Touch Banking mobile app and our ATMs are available 24/7.





Update 03/20/20:



Beginning Monday 03/23/20 The Hardin County Bank will temporarily change our banking hours. The main office and all drive-thru locations will be open 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday-Friday. On Saturdays the hours at the Pickwick Rd. and Wayne Rd. drive thru locations will be 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. As always, our ATMs are available 24/7 for your convenience.









Update 03/17/20:



We want to emphasize that The Hardin County Bank is committed to our customers and the communities we serve. The banking system in the United States has never been stronger and we assure you that your money is safe and insured by the FDIC. The situation that we face is in no way a financial crisis so, we are doing our part to mitigate the spread of this virus. The staff at HCB is well prepared for the situation that we face today, and our actions are part of contingency plans that have been in place for years.





Nothing is more important to us than the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and communities. We have been fortunate to have no reported case of COVID-19 in any of the communities we serve, however, as an abundance of caution, we feel it prudent to adhere to the latest guidance from the CDC and WHO.





Effective on Wednesday 3/18/20 we will be temporarily redirecting services at our Counce, Pickwick Road and Adamsville branches to drive through only. The Main Office, located at 235 Wayne Road will remain open for full lobby service to meet all your banking needs.





Our branches will continue to be staffed with personnel to handle your needs. If you need access to your safety deposit box, we will be happy to schedule an appointment.
